Prescott Horn Highly Commended in Business Awards

Sustainable Business Awards Southern Region

1 September 2007 -- Jeska McNicol of Prescott Horn was delighted to receive the Highly Commended Award for Emerging- Small and Medium businesses in the Sustainable Business Awards 2007- Southern Region. The award ceremony was held just two weeks after the birth of her second child and was an added bonus.

Jeska recommends that other small businesses participate in the the Get Sustainable Business Challenge. Jeska says "although I have a high awareness of sustainable business practice it is often difficult  to identify initiatives in a small business that are affordable once you have already picked the low hanging fruit. The Challenge identified a number of areas for me to consider and I look forward to implementing those in 2008".
